Bustabit is a provably fair site. For technical details, please visit the BitcoinTalk thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2807542.0
Games/ House Edge
Bustabit, previously known as Moneypot has been around for quite some time now. They have only one game, classic crash point game.
Before the round starts, it’s needed to place a bet. Once the round begins, a lucky multiplier starts at 1x and begins climbing higher and higher. At any moment, you can click Cashout and lock your winnings before the crash point.
House edge is 1% and the maximum profit per one round is 34.77 BTC.
Bustabit accepts only Bitcoin.
Account/ Account Security
No registration is needed for you to deposit and withdraw your money. In case you want to have an account, all you need to do is to choose a desired username which you can secure with a password and 2FA.
There is an option to delete your account as well.
Regulation/ US Players
Players from all over the World are allowed to play.
Bustabit does not offer any promotions nor giveaways.
The only way to contact their support is via built-in ticket system. Response time is between 24-48 hours.
You also have a great FAQ page and there you have everything you need to know about the game.
BitcoinTalk Trust/ Overall Trust
Their overall trust is pretty much intact. They have a couple of scam accusations here and there but nothing that serious and nothing that is true.
Onsite vs Offsite Bankrolling:
Players can bet on the house (i.e. become bankrollers) and their bet is added to the bankroll so they win when the house wins and they lose when the house loses.
When you bet on the house, you can limit your counter-party risk by physically sending only a portion of your total bet to the house (aka the onsite portion of your bet).
You can tell the server how many Bitcoins do you have offsite and the house will risk your onsite bet as if you were betting your total onsite + offsite amount.
If a round’s profit is high enough to drain your onsite portion into negative numbers, you will get margin called.
When margin called, your offsite portion is set to 0 and you are awarded dilution fee credits based on how much offsite you had. This way, you can re-establish your previous position without paying dilution fees again.
